These newly built loft villas are spacious with 20ft high ceilings, large windows, and an open patio with beautiful ocean views. Each with big comfy king size beds, AC, cable and WiFi. The spectacular Saltwater pool with an in-water sundeck is perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach.

Dine at one of our neighborhood’s many restaurants, enjoy fresh-caught fish from the Caribbean sea, and don’t miss the live music in one of the local beach bars. You can also just relax and take in the stunning views while enjoying a yoga class on the beach or reading a favorite book in a cozy chair on your private patio.

Hi, I’m Carson a lifelong waterman and proud Rincon local since 1991. I moved here from Texas to live by the ocean and founded Taino Divers, one of Rincon’s original scuba diving businesses. Over the years, my love for this coastline grew into something bigger, leading me to create Rincon Water Safety, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to keeping our beaches safe for both locals and visitors.
